The acquisition brings a broad array of products to Diversatek Healthcare’s portfolio and greatly enhances its global reach.

The acquisition brings Diversatek Healthcare over 250 SKUs, including products in GI and pulmonary niche markets. The companies share common international sales channels which can be leveraged to increase the global distribution of products and technologies within Diversatek Healthcare’s current product portfolio and consolidates Diversatek Healthcare’s LATAM market share. G-Flex also adds additional ISO 13485 and MDSAP certified locations and a headquarters for Diversatek Healthcare’s EU-based activities.
